I have not dealt with a modern video receiver before, so the complexity of setting one up by myself was a real challenge. However, the Sony phone support was fantastic.Min in a 30-hour session, followed. session, their customer support people talked me through the intricate setup proceedure. The warning that the wiring is to use banana plugs for speaker connections. Their twist knobs connecting bare wires give intermittent contacts. Otherwise, now that I have everything set up, performance audio and video is great!.
