This Nikon unit certainly does its job.It is very well-made and solid with lots of adjustments possible.However, for a flash of fans like me, probably more than we ever used. I also have a Nikon SB400 Flash, a much smaller, lighter and less expensive device, which serves my needs well.What Im trying to say is that you should carefully consider their intended use before buying. Regardless of this, the SB600 is a fine flash and for those who need its many capabilities it can't be beaten.Buy it and enjoy it!.
