I originally bought this hub because I wanted to charge/sync my iPhone while having other things plugged in, and with my computer only having two usb ports, then I had to buy a hub.So far this thing works flawlessly, I haven't had any problems with it.When I first got it, it came with an aluminum base, power supply, and a screw to mount it on almost any surface.
